Landlords Registration
In the application service provider model (ASP) landlords can register with the site may access their module of managing their properties

Tenants Registration
Tenants can register with the site and can search for vacant properties based on a price range, location, nature of property etc. They can further approach the landlords based on the contact information provided.

Property Management
Landlords can upload the pictures of the properties, facilities, location, furnishings in the property, description etc to the system. This is done in a structured fashion so that tenants can use multiple search criteria to locate properties

Rental Agreement
The landlord and the tenant can enter into a contract and the property is allotted to the tenant. The property is de listed from the search once it is allotted.

Rental Payments
Tenants can pay the rental bills online through the site while landlords receive the tenants’ payments and track the payments as well. Alerts are sent to both parties for rental receipts.

Tracking contractual terms and time frame
Landlords and tenants can track their terms & conditions and contractual time frame and get receive the alerts from the system when the contractual time frame nearing to end.

Reports
Landlords have the facility the reports of rental payments, terms and time frames of each property and the relevant tenants, their contact details etc.

Classifieds
This section on the site would allow the tenants to search for the desired properties based on affordability and location. When a property’s departure notice is raised by a tenant and the same is accepted by the landlord the particular property would automatically available in the classifieds section [with landlords’ acceptance] so that the tenant enquiries can be received by the landlords.
