What is the kind of qualifications needed to apply to Savitr?
Savitr operates in the domains of business consulting, technology services and integrated visual design. All these need varied skill sets and the qualifications. For all technology positions you need to be a B.E/ B.Tech/MCA from a reputed university / college with at least 65% marks through out your academic career.
Savitr works on web technologies ( PHP, ASP.NET, JAVA, Windows CE). We expect a fresher to work on all these technologies for a period of one year before he is allotted a technology group.
Growth prospects are dependent solely on the performance of the individual. A fresher will join as a software engineer trainee and will be confirmed as a software engineer within six months based on performance. The next growth steps will be senior software engineer and team lead.
