It gives the ability to the health care service providers like Hospitals, Large Physicians to get paid faster by asking them to subscribe for any or both of the following programs a) Insurance Balance Program b) Patient or Residual Balance program.

Upon subscription using these two programs the health care service providers can get back their money from the Insurance Company or from the guarantors at faster rate.

The site is essentially a portal to allow 3rd parties a means to deliver data to HHAD via a secure Internet fashion. Its primary function is not to advertise service. Visitor (V) can go through all the services provided by Horizon and can contact the Horizon Staff for them selves to get registered with the site.

These Visitors are the customers of Horizon. Horizon Staff has 3 kinds of users namely: Horizon Staff Level 1(HS1), Horizon Staff Level 2 (HS2) and Horizon Staff Level 3 (HS3).

HS1 with be the super user of the website and will be able to access the complete website. He can manage Horizon Staff (HS) of various levels. Every Horizon Staff has a pre set functionalities available to him according to the level assigned to him.

Client Data Administrator (CDA) is a user who has several features like: Upload Patient Residual Balance, Patient Insurance Balance, Recent Upload Listing, Mail Box and Profile, Client Data Administrator's. Client Program Administrator (CPA) is a user who has several features like: Recent Upload Listing, Mail Box and Profile. Agent (AG) is a user who has couple of features like: Mail Box, Commission Reports and Profile.
