Speed dating is a radically new and refreshing way of meeting people as it simply hastens the process of meeting people and eventually build a relationship. The concept of the application revolves around meeting people at a pre-determined location and submitting your impressions about them.

These impressions are tabulated and people who have similar positive impressions about each other are sent emails about their respective contact information so that they can carry their relationship further. Savitr built this application which is an innovative way to foster new relationships.

This application facilitates meeting of people with similar interests. Events with details of location and other information are posted online. Participants search for the events and sign up to attend an event. Each participant has up to 10 dates in a night.

Once the event is over, if 2 people feel the same way about each other (as indicated on the dating cards), the application will provide both participants with the other person's contact information via e-mail the next day. Members may then contact their matches and proceed from there.

The application features online matching, booking, cancellation, online publishing of events, searching for events based on multiple parameters etc. The complex aspect of this application is the cancellation and payment management module which needs to consider significant business logic, exceptions and a variety of situations which influence customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Savitr developed a complex matching algorithm for the application, which lets the right number of matches, and charges them based on confirmed matches.
