As a buyer of this application, what is the information that I need to provide?
All you need to provide us is a small write up about your company, your logo (in PSD format), and your expectations regarding the header image. You will need to register and provide the domain name of the proposed site. You will also need to register with the appropriate payment gateway. We will help you do this.

What about hosting environment?
We provide you the needed hosting environment for one year which can be renewed after the first year. If you however would like us to install it on a different server, we will be glad to do so.

I already have a web site. Can this solution be linked to it?
Most certainly, ‘YES. However your hosting provider should have the technology environment which we need. We can also migrate your existing static web site to our high availability server for a small fee.

What about security?
Our solution and credit card payment uses a secure transaction protocol https. We purchase and install a shared SSL certificate on your behalf and also purchase it. The price of the SSL certificate is included in the price of the solution. If you however need a separate SSL certificate we will guide you through the process and the same may cost you around GBP 90.

What are the payment gateway solutions you support and what are the costs associated?
Our solution supports a number of payment gateways both in US, UK and rest of Europe. For the UK market the typical pricing of a payment gateway is around GBP 200. This is an annual fee which you need to pay. Approximately 25 pence is deducted as processing fee for each transaction and the remaining is transferred to your bank account.

What if there is a technical snag after the one month free support?
All our applications are delivered to you after thorough testing. In the unlikely event of a technical snag we will attend the issue within 12 business hours. We also offer paid support at GBP 9 per hour with a turnaround time of 12 business hours.

What will be the software deliverables?
The software application comes with a detailed user manual, the necessary files for the application to function along with user access details.

What is the technology on which these applications are built?
The current demos are based on LAMP technology. Savitr has strong capabilities in LAMP, Microsoft Platform (.NET) and Java. We are a technology agnostic company and can provide the solution in any technology of your choice.

Will you also provide the visual design for the application?
Our standard solution however comes with header integration. We will design a header image to suit your company and apply the same to the standard software. Savitr provides high quality visual designs and user interface designs and can provide you with an aesthetically stunning site as per of our customization services.

Most certainly, YES. Our strength is in providing custom solutions. We understand this domain and can provide you a custom solution quickly and efficiently.

Why do you require 2 to 3 weeks to deliver the application?
Our process for development involves taking an approval from you in terms of the visual design, the flow, the elements and the desired payment gateway. Once these approvals are in place we integrate / build on our framework to provide you the solution.
