The system would allow you to manage the telephone bookings. The executive of the boat company can speak to the customer on the phone, search for the availability of the boat, explain the facilities of the boat and book the customer-desired boat in the system.

Payment management
You can check the payments made by customers and take the reports of the same.

Content management system
You will be able to manage the content on the site by a simple MS WORD like editor.

Alerts to customers
Customers will receive e-mail alerts at the time of reservation and one / 2 days prior to their arrival date

Visual Design
Savitr will provide suitable visual design to the site leveraging the Branding, Visual sensitivity and User Centric Design (UCD) for supportive navigation. Our standard package includes changing of the header and incorporation of your logo and placing the content desired by you.

Support
Savitr will provide 20 days of support once the accepted beta build is migrated to the client’s server.

3 to 4 weeks from the time all information is provided by you.

Information needed from you
You may either to choose to build a custom look and feel for your web site or restrict the changes to the header.
Please provide us the information about your Logo ( PSD form), the header visual design and the content for your web site. In the event you need a custom design you may provide us the needed information by filling the UIDRD document, which can be downloaded from here.
