You pay us an advance and rest after completion of the entire site. Either send a check or wire transfer the amount.

Step 2
For eLeganza and LeXus packages, you fill in the UIR document and Business Details Form (BDF). For mPower, We provide you a design and you fill in the Business Details Form.

Step 3
You send us the logo in (GIF, JPEG or TIF format) in an email or we use the available one on your existing site for further development.

Step 4
We get back to you with design concepts and needed iterations happen. Design is approved by you.

Step 5
Development of the website begins, every thing is put together. Hosting, payment gateway for credit cards acceptance, security certificate, setting up categories, sub categories, products, and the product information, attributes, taxes and shipping calculations.

Step 6
User acceptance testing. Testing by our team internally and deployed / hosted for you to do the testing. You start getting used to the system as well.

Step 7
Launch of the site for your customers / public.

Refund Policy

Our policy is, we pay back 50% of our design and development service charges, and the refund policies of the third parties apply, viz, hosting provider, payment gateway provider, software package provider, etc.

Support, Training and Maintenance
We provide unlimited email Technical support and on our project / trouble ticket management tools. We will take care of any technical issues free of cost, in the first 60 days of deployment of the solution.

Training support is charged at $15/Hr, over chat or on Phone. Custom software development for any of your needs start at just $ 20/Hr.
