Yes, you can accept rental payments from your tenants. We will integrate a payment gateway in a secured environment.

What is the technology on which these applications are built?
The current demos are based on LAMP technology. Savitr has strong capabilities in LAMP, Microsoft Platform (.NET) and Java. We are a technology agnostic company and can provide the solution in any technology of your choice.

I am a business man. I would like to start a website with this concept in ASP [Application Service Provider model]. Can your application work on ASP model?
Yes, our application would also suit for ASP [Application Service Provider] model. The application has very advanced features for the administrator of the website to manage both landlords and the tenants of each landlord.

In ASP [Application Service Provider model], can I set the subscription fee for landlords and can I also set commission for the payments made by their tenants?
Yes, in ASP model [Application Service Provider model] you can configure subscription fee for landlords and you can also configure the commission for the payments made by the tenants of landlords.

In ASP [Application Service Provider] model how the payment process happens?
Landlords’ subscription fee will be paid to you straight through payment gateway. Rental payments made by the tenants of landlords will come to you. You deduct your commission and pay the rest to the landlords in an offline process [EX: Through checks etc].

In ASP model can tenants search for vacant properties?
Yes, the visitors of the site who are in search of rental properties can search and browse through the site and can communicate with the landlord of the desired property/properties.

Can the tenants be private and commercial?
Yes, our application can accommodate both private and commercial tenants.

How scalable are the solutions?
An Individual landlord can have more than 100 properties of his on his site and in ASP [Application Service Provider] model; the site can accommodate more than 1000 number of landlords and their properties.

Will you also provide the visual design for the application?
Savitr provides high quality visual designs and user interface designs and we will provide you with an aesthetically stunning site as part of our deliverables. Our standard solution however comes with header integration.

Why do you require 2 to 3 weeks to deliver the application?
Our process for development involves taking an approval from you in terms of the visual design, the flow, the elements and the desired payment gateway. Once these approvals are in place we integrate / build on our framework to provide you the solution.

What technical knowledge should I need to have to install the software?
We provide you a step by step installation guide and also install the application on your server. We also go the extra mile and provide the hosting of the application. You need not know any software to use this application.

What if there is a technical snag after the one month free support?
All our applications are delivered to you after thorough testing. In the unlikely event of a technical snag we will attend the issue within 12 business hours.

What will be the software deliverables?
