We at Brandeon prefer to keep things simple and process for us simply means
transformation of the idea into reality. We strongly believe simplicity is
something which we and our customers can relate to and this incidentally
makes it easy for us to bring to life any ideas our customers conceive.

Our process is simple and is also part of the corner stone on which

any activity in the world is based. In other words we believe complexity has its
roots in simplicity. The following table illustrates our process which in reality
are three simple questions and the cumulative answers of which have the
potential to transform any idea into reality.

why

The first logical question we have for our customers
is to understand the need or the vision the intended idea is
to address. The set of varied answers to this question
forms our launch platform and also serves as first
connecting link with our customer. Together we refine
and clarify the 'why' till together we understand the
why! and we move on to the what.

what

Having understood the 'why' component, we brainstorm
to figure out the 'what' that needs to be done to meet the
'why'. The 'what' helps us to unveil the series of logical
events that form the path to our goal. This also defines
our project plan along with the milestones.

how

In this stage, the most suitable technology options are
evaluated and critical choices are made and finalized in
conjunction with our client. The culmination of this stage

completes the full circle of development and this 360 degrees

sojourn is what we call "Design 360"!
